Dr Dobb's Journal -- Modeling!

I just subscribed to Dr Dobb's Journal 'cause it had some articles I
needed.  The "premium" subscription includes access to the archives and
current edition in pdf format.  Imagine my surprise when I find Repast
and Netlogo in the first article I look at!

Political Modeling & Election Simulations by Mary Lynn Reed
Agent-based modeling and simulation are natural tools for
social science research and modeling real-world processes
        such as political elections.

I've asked the author for the .nlogo file -- the listings require you
to build the UI and don't have the notes etc.

I can send on the pdf if anyone would prefer that.
