ABSTRACT
RedfishGroup is working with the State Of California's Administrative Office of
the Courts to ethnographically research and visualize court processes. The end
goal is to obtain local perceptions of court quality. We are half-way into a
pilot effort and will present some early interpretations, video interviews and
data analysis of 25,000 cases in Alameda county.
We are soliciting feedback from FriamGroup members for relevant methodology that
may assist us going forward.
