testifying for NMCAC and Supercomputing Challenge

If folks are near the Roundhouse, both the NMCAC (State supercomputer) and the
Supercomputing Challenge <http://www.challenge.nm.org/> are in need of
testimony. These will be in rooms 307 and 324 respectively.

The Supercomputing Challenge is a very worthy receipient as a statewide
education and science fair for simulation and visualization for middle-school up
to highschool. It's got a great history going back 20 years now.
