Thanks, Jon, for the link to the documentary about Maryam Mirzakhani. She is one of the nine women mathematicians featured in my art series, A Room of Her Own. She appears in the lower right corner of the attached image. Each piece is 12"x12".

About the Iranian Fields Medalist, Maryam Mirzakhani, the documentary highlights the challenges women (and perhaps especially Iranian women) face and are beginning to overcome in finding a place within mathematics focused institutions. The documentarian, George Csicsery, is one of my favorites. Some on the list may be familiar with his documentary about Erdos, N is a number, a good example of what a mathematics documentary can be.
