being isolated and distanced increases stress.;
social isolation amplifies cytokine storm and likelihood of severe COVID reaction including death
parasympathetic nervous system (PNS) provides a counterweight to stress
Vagus Nerve governs PNS and activating/stimulating Nerve increases PNS effects
social interaction - laughing, talking, smiling, listening, and emoting switch on the Vagus nerve and PNS
Minimize your COVID risk — have the group over for a party tonight. (Maybe Thanksgiving will spread the disease, but simultaneously decrease the risk of dying from it.)
