This is the project I worked on before and after I worked at BiosGroup.  Joe Ramsey took the Java prototype I wrote from 1996-1998 and turned it into an industrial strength product.  In particular, he added many search algorithms and a first class user interface.  Scheines, Sprites, and Glymour worked with me on that early version on a daily basis.  This is much deserved recognition.
