A brief survey leads me to believe there are no non-satire Real Husbands of X programs on cable.
This is completely sexist.   There ought to be a way for a middle-aged man to get a stylist, a trainer, a wardrobe, a television program *and* to have their partners (male or female) celebrate the investment.   This should be the new mid-life crisis.
