So iOS is now in cars?  Why not android which has a vastly larger empire?

No, I don't believe its because Apple is paying them off, or because iDevices are more coveted by the rich.

At a guess, although it is a minority OS, it is stable, standard, and the iDevices fairly good at sane evolution.

And no, I'm not a fanboi.  Just quite curious about an apparent anomaly.
