Google Groups: Refresh Requests

I use Google Groups quite a bit.  On Chrome.  And I constantly get a request to refresh the page:

A new version of the application is required. Please refresh the page. Reload

This has happened in the past while composing a post, and it was lost.  Sigh!

So do any of us also experience this?
