Personally, I just collect interesting looking or well recommended
math books.  The key seems to be to just dig in and get something out
of the experience, so find someplace rewarding to dig in, neh?  
Spivak has always been highly recommended.  Herstein's Topics in
Algebra.  Dym/McKean Fourier Series and Integrals.

Then, if you want to relearn mathematical physics with a new spin(or)
to it, try Hestene's geometric algebra approach,
