ABSTRACT: In an attempt to introduce programmers, developers, and
artists to the modul8 realtime compositing environment, I will present
a hoods up overview of the application and some of its functionality.
One goal of this presentation is to initiate a dialogue around some of
modul8's technical limitations and advantages in low cost immersive
dome environments. Another goal will be to test osc multitouch devices
in a modul8 networked pipeline, using multiple computers and inputs to
contribute to a performance based interactive media system.
