So I was inspired by Owen's tinkerings with CSS to explore newsfeeds (I've
always liked the idea of someone else generating the content on my website).
I tried a few of the services recommended on
http://www.interleaves.org/~rteeter/rss.html: FeedSweep looks cute, but it's
slow and won't understand RSS < 1.0 (which is what my PhysicsWeb feed uses);
RSS-xpress Lite is fast and highly configurable (using CSS) but you can't
display the news items' descriptions; RSS Digest seems about the best for my
purposes, though it's approach to formatting is somewhat idiosyncratic.
Anyone had any experience with these things? Anyone got any useful feeds?
