mock-up of new logo

Victoria Hughes

Don has the original font (which is not a standard free font)
Also Tyler is doing the website, and may have the font by now from Don.

Below- A quick mock-up I pulled together in Pages, not the right font, obviously.
Sorry it seems to have attached the whole page and not the text box solo.
But this wording looks great, everybody.
 Fabio, excellent reframing!

Fabio! You have a great title, you organize it!
But do it when you come back in August.
Perfect.

Hi Fabio,

Sounds good.  I'm really swamp with some travel / work / organizing the next Ignite NM in ABQ (July 15th @6:30pm  Acoma Room of UNM's Student Union Building)  So I cant help organize it, but I would attend.

Selfishly, since I missed the last one, I was wondering if we could organize another IGNITE session at the SFX, but focus it more on us.
I tentatively suggested the title "bIG NITE at the Complex"…

I am in S.Fe June 17-July 5…

Ciao

Creation of a volunteer list that can be tapped by each sfX event---for coverage areas:  door donations, beverage donations, AV operation, parking assistance, cam corder operation and trash pickup/delivery to the garbage bins.  In some cases, these could be paid, if a bill-back to the space renter is possible  (eg, parking).  If an sfX sponsored event (no rent charge) then the event coordinator should line up people to at least man the door, sell sodas, and the return of the facility to the pre-event condition.  The list of volunteers would be available to the event coordinator to contact when setting up the event.

New Logo as Trademark?

Patrick Reilly
Hola!

I am an IP attorney and would be happy to file logo in a trademark application pro bono, as long as nobody gets weird on me . . . and somebody pays the government fees. of course.
