legendary black dragon

jon zingale
So, it is Thursday and that means that I am playing D&D with friends. The
party is in Tokyo, circa 1973, battling a corrupted black dragon named
Chicxulub[†], the head of the Yakuza[☠]. Ricky, the party's rogue, manages a
sneak-attack for 63 damage with necrotic damage. Chicxulub succeeds in a dc
15 saving throw, avoiding fright. Unfortunately, his son Kenji has succumbed
to a 7th level Gaes. The spell lasts for one full year, and he must respond
to the orders of a clerk-cum-cleric named Sabastian. Meanwhile, the dragon's
lover Ashara calls to Reggie from the ethereal plane, she pleads to him not
to kill the black dragon. Chicxulub under the influence of corruption, and
blinded with anger over the death of his lover Ashara, sets his sites on
leveling Tokyo to the ground...

Re: legendary black dragon

Steve Smith

From what (very little) I know of D&D parties/campaigns, these things can go on for weeks!   Do you (Jon & company) have the endurance to keep it up through the election?   It seems like a parallel ritual to my own underway:

I'm not up enough on Catholic rituals, or more to the point, local Norteno variants, but I thought these two "advent?" candles were appropriate to burn while I focus my "hopes and prayers" on the superspreader event in the White House this past week.

I think I've got another day or two for these candles...  I hope Jon's D&D rituals are a good complement.

Who says this list (only) worships Science(tm)?
