innocentive modeling challenge

Roger Critchlow-2
Innocentive published a $15000 challenge this week which some of you might find interesting:

https://gw.innocentive.com/ar/challenge/8919320  "Mathematical models are an essential tool in studying complicated systems. The Seeker of this Challenge is interested in exploring adaptation within a population. The Challenge focuses on identifying and borrowing insights or novel modeling methods that were originally developed for alternative applications but could be applied to the Seeker’s problem."

Re: innocentive modeling challenge

Robert Holmes
But before you go submitting your algorithm, note that this is the only $15k you'll be able to make with it: you don't get to build consultancy gigs on the back of your brain-power because...

"This Challenge is a Theoretical-IP Transfer Challenge, meaning that Solvers must relinquish all rights to the Intellectual Property (IP) for which they are awarded."
