for my hobby project (another go)

Gillian Densmore
As some people know I have learned I think now 6? mabie 7? ways to make something other than what I am trying to make wich is basically making a mix of Starfleet and Klingon Academy.
-Before the stares of oh god he's jumped off the deep end start:
What it it's:
By StarFleet Academy kind of place My current  thinking club or mabie some kind of meetupy/collective typeof thing. I want this thing to be a way for people to have nice structured way to exchange ideas and how'tos. and a strutured way for people or to work to gother on stuff because it seems silly to re-invent the wheel.I'd like someway to keep the StarTrek insperation so as that it has a fun Trek vibe going on from drinks to bitcoin or something for a credits kind of system  when things need to get payed for.

I'd like if possible use a barter or bitcoin kind of system somehow so that when or if somethings needs to get purchased it's not awkward and avoid drama as much as possible.

What I'm looking for:
I need help writing up a plan and avoiding reinventing wheels. I am comfortable razzing my typos awkwardness expressing myself but I don't feel those have a place in a plan particularly where time is short.

I am also wondering what web-places making things people might sugest. I just thought that might be a good idea incase someone is curius they can check out a webplace and learn more or even join. I looked into wordpress.com but that didn't seem like the right fit. I tried it on my personal domain. ForumPress mightwork  My concern is the how-tos were kind of wonky for basics like having it play well with wordpress.

Sufficed to say I  thought it'd be worthwhile asking around what else is out there to try out;

QUAPLA'!
(SUCESS and sincere heartfelt apreciation for any and all help!)
