smmry, what a cool tool!

I was hoping we could have asked Kevan about his thoughts on the
funding and training of more social intervention programs, promoting
community activism (volunteering at shelters, say) for officers, and
what ideas he might have for cultivating more agency as civilians to
serve-and-protect one's own community. It is clearly the case the
policing needs an overhaul, but I wish to advocate for also for buying
a screwdriver when one only has a hammer.
