clarification to my question-

Gillian Densmore
Earlier I had asked (badly possibly) for opinions for opinions for where to move my pet project. It's currently hosted on namecheap and they're basicly saying it's to big for them to safely keep there something about backup nodes thus leading me to ponder what aspects of the set up I like. I'd  like to either mimic these on Wordpress.com (preferred) or  get close on some other free host.

Problem 1: Namecheap is warned of "node back up warning" for it and one other project

Problem 2: Is it possible to mimic my setup on wordpress.com? I ask because it'd seem like moving a wordpress site to another wordpress based site would lead to less acurences of doom

Features:
As noted (again I appoligise if I was unclear somehow):
I added some features that improve quality of life and make it a fun little project that I'd like to mimic on wordpress.com, and hadn't realised it'd be so tricky to do and no clue how I can go about getting them there so I can get good back up and life moves on.

Posts-on-page-to update just that page:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/posts-in-page/

Markdown for when inet goes down and I want to write out a idea (for example):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/jetpack-markdown/

Questions
Anyone have some ideas where to start for adding these features to a wordpress.com page?

Alternate: If that's tricky or just sucks to do  what blogy, cmsy site project making places would have those?

I like how this set up I can just add blog stuffs(front page?) updedates but I can also put some posts(quick updates) on a particular page.

Wordpress.com doesn't allow pluggins.
Wich is why don't know  how to mimic there effect on wordpress.com  If that's even realistically possible to do.

If it's not then I thought it'd be useful to consider alternative ideas- The whole reason why I was asking what kind of Wiki or Blog+Wiki combinations people have treid was because this was starting to look like a rat whole for such a simplish idea

I just want a FUN place to have a Blog+Info site, and aren't sure how to start looking.

Wordpress will work for your blog/information website. I've never used any of the wiki plugins, but read the reviews on any plugin also check the git hub or sourceforge page of the plugin. This will tell you if the plugin is up to date and an active project. Also using Wordpress.com will keep wordpress software up to date, so you don't have to worry about that.

Bela Patkai-2
You could try https://www.drupalgardens.com/

It even has Wordpress import and is quite inexpensive, including a free plan, and authentication for multiple users/editors.

Another great option is the free Github Pages service. It uses markdown and generates you a site with Jekyll. https://pages.github.com/ You can use your own domain, and it's free!
