Wordpress or other?

Gillian Densmore
Greetings all, I don't know wich list is the right one to ask:

Wordpress question:
Let me start by saying I haven't a clue if this is even the right question. Anyone know if there's a plugin or something for wordpress for a fun and easy way to make a theme  if needed?
mabie some way where a gizmo asks questions so as to basically offers suggestions and inspirations so as it does its very best to get close to a rocking start?

And a whole other gizmo: I don't suppose there's a gizmo for wordpress themes where I can change simple things by pointing my mouse at what i might want to be a little different?
For example if a theme is kind of a newspaper or comic hero styled and for what ever reason I just wanted to make post and coment areas a little bigger and easier to read  or  tweak a colors for titles on posts pages some I don't suppose there's a dood-dad where I can point at what I'm looking it says aha you just want that a little bigger, and simply do it by clicking on a corner to get just that part  bigger (for example)

I've looked around haven't found something does that. I thought mabie someone might know of a doodad that did?

Whole other options?
Alternatives for worpdress?
Are there some super fun alternates for wordpress people have used?
Somethings I might be looking for in a alternate is for it to have a mode where it acts like legos  and small changes are as simple as clicking  a  button on and I can fix a typo
A whole other button might let me add pictures to someones anouncements just by going to the folder  where she (or he) has them and put them  in.
This thing should include a undue button and a seperate: heres what your changes would look like, is this what you were looking for? question before someone or me hits go.

Surely that's out there, anyone have some ideas as to where? ^_^
