Were going to have another wedtech roundtable this Wed at noon that will focus on doing agent based models using modern shader-based OpenGL (versions 3.1 and up, ES 2..0 and WebGL). I'll show some demos and discuss the use of frame buffer objects for rendering to texture and then using double buffered textures for imaging operations. I'll show some examples that are close to what you need to build a net logo equivalent in OpenGL.
