Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Content-Type: text/plain; charset=US-ASCII; format=flowed You might check out www.mouser.com. Or, I did a quick search and found this site: http://www.theelectroniccompany.com/voltage_transformers_step_up.asp Locally, you could check out Radio Shack, there's one in DeVargas Mall, but they're usually more expensive (though you don't have to pay shipping...). -dan On Wednesday, May 21, 2003, at 10:42 America/Denver, Robert Holmes wrote: > Hi all, > > Anyone know where I can get an earthed 110/220V step-up transformer? > My HP printer is 220V (I bought it in the UK) and I want to use it > here in Santa Fe. > > Robert --Apple-Mail-2-66683057 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Content-Type: text/enriched; charset=US-ASCII You might check out www.mouser.com. Oh, come on guys, where's your sense of adventure?
Robert, there's this place up in Los Alamos called The Black Hole. It surely has a step up transformer. The only question being how many days it might take to find it. And it might be rated for several more kilowatts than you actually need. -- rec -- Carl Tollander wrote: > If you're going to use Radio Shack, the one on Cordova next to Santa Fe > Baking Co. has a bigger selection. > > Might also try A1. > > -----Original Message----- > From: [hidden email] [mailto:[hidden email]]On > Behalf Of Daniel Kunkle > Sent: Wednesday, May 21, 2003 10:50 AM > To: [hidden email] > Subject: Re: [FRIAM] Transformer > > You might check out www.mouser.com.
