The Streets of Santa Fe: yet another power law graph

We're working on a wildfire evacuation model for Santa Fe. Yesterday's lunch
discussion had a question if the length of the road segments in the graph
were power law distributed. A quick check shows a pretty good power law fit
with an R^2 of .96.
