Well said Steve, and I largely agree with most of your post in
general. Finding *just the right* amount of structure will be key
(I'm reminded of life existing at the "edge of chaos" principle).
I'd add to your three "contributions" below that a well-crafted
mission statement will help guide things on a more substantive
level. At the Bar Camp discussion of organizational structure, Steve
made reference to educational outreach and public policy components
of the mission. Is there an articulated statement? Maybe it's
already up on the site and I just haven't seen it...
