map program for Mac and Windows:

meetings. Reading some of the GIS tutorials, I was surprised to see
that many of the maps are simply raster files, with the right
annotations to make them "programmable". I suspect we could use a map
like the above, with a fairly simple street layer, and toss it into
repast or netlogo.
