yes, this is spam and doesn't look like it originated from Jim. 

From the header info it looks like it sent from pisem.net which has a Russian registration: 

   https://www.whois.com/whois/pisem.net

Our servers were migrated this week so there may be a missed configuration that didn't carry over. These types of emails should be rejected. Looking into it...
