Online degree

Hi

Does somebody know online degree programs (associate, bachelor, master or PhD)
in complex systems, information technology  or "something related" open,
inclusive, for students living outside US .

Check out the Open University (www.open.ac.uk). They invented distance
learning & are still world leaders at the game (in the interests of full
disclosure,  I went through their MBA program, so the previous statement may
contain a modicum of bias).

I checked Open University. Unfortunately the OU courses available for the
country where I live are pretty basics.
