OT: China in the Red

On Thursday, Frontline aired a nice program on contemporary China called "China
in the Red". It was a pretty accurate portrayal of life in Beijing and elsewhere
resulting from economic reforms and cultural transitions. You can view the

I was able to catch the show too, it was very eye-opening for me.

I was in Chungqing last fall and the city was booming. Everyone seems to be
an entrepreneur of some sort. So it was good for me to see another side of
the economic growth, I imagine a large part of China is probably
experiencing the problems depicted in this show.
