NPR : Should Iraqis Vote on U.S. Presence?

This is so way cool!  A suggestion from Center for Strategic and
International Studies in Washington and others to hold Iraqi periodic
referenda on US leaving.  The subtlety is amazing: can you imagine the
insurgency forcing folks to vote!?  Think of it as a poll with teeth!
