Folks,
Nancy Hayden down here at Sandia suggested I check into the current state of modeling decision processes. She specifically mentioned Scott Page, who is associated with SFI, as doing this type of work. Any information you can send me (particularly books, articles, papers, etc) would be appreciated. I have some ideas of my own, but I think that, as usual, when I have a brainstorm I've just invented something someone else has already done. If you think what you're sending me is worth sharing with the list, then reply. Alternately, send it to me off-list. -- Ray Parks [hidden email] IDART Project Lead Voice:505-844-4024 IORTA Department Fax:505-844-9641 http://www.sandia.gov/idart Pager:800-690-5288 |

I found his home page (actually several) but not any papers. I guess I need to learn more about how to use the SFI web-site. I'll get around to it in my copious free time. -- Ray Parks [hidden email] IDART Project Lead Voice:505-844-4024 IORTA Department Fax:505-844-9641 http://www.sandia.gov/idart Pager:800-690-5288 |

In addition to searching on "Scott Page" you might try a search on "decision choice" -S > -----Original Message----- > From: Raymond Parks [mailto:[hidden email]] > Sent: Thursday, August 18, 2005 3:16 PM > To: The Friday Morning Applied Complexity Coffee Group > Subject: Re: [FRIAM] Modeling Decison Processes > > > Stephen Guerin wrote: > > > Hey Raymond, > > > > Here's Scott's Working Papers at SFI: > > > http://webdev.santafe.edu/research/publications/redfish/wpSearch.php?s > earch=Scot > > t+Page&submit=submit&field=Author > > > > And his home page: > > http://polisci.lsa.umich.edu/faculty/spage.html > > Thanks.
