Massively MultiPlayer Games

Jim Rutt
A small group of us here in Santa Fe are beginning a discussion group on
Massively Multiplayer online games.
Topics will include:  what makes a good game?  what statistics from a
multiplayer game might be interesting?   What are some of the future
features such games might have?
Might such games evolve to a more general purpose emersive VR environment
(eg:  might Amazon build a book store into one of these game spaces and
actually sell books? or Dominos, pizza?)

Etc.

If you 1) have actual experience (not necessarily current) as a player of
multiplayer online games AND 2) have an interest in the above questions (or
similar ones) and are interested in discussing same, send an e-mail to me
