Lack of motion contollers on computers?

Greetings fellow technomancers.

I hope life month has been enjoyable for everyone!

Bringing me to a slightly biger question:

Is my imagination or is motion controlling stuff as a option basically just niche for computers and game consoles?

I'd like at least the option, not nesosarily to full on replace a good ol' fation mouse and keyboard but at least the option for the kinds of games I enjoy. Oh and I can imagine it being nice for that darn thing I call school as well.
