JetBrains IntelliJ IDEA - the best Java IDE around

Several of us have been using IDEA from IntelliJ for a while now:
        http://www.intellij.com/
and really love it!  There is a sale now which is considerably reduced
($250) *and* includes a free upgrade to the next major revision.

Lots of folks use Eclipse due to its being free, but certainly in my
experience, IDEA is really worth the cost.  And their support lasts for
years on a single purchase.

Oops; forgot to mention: they also have free "beta" versions that you
can use forever by always updating to new betas.  I did this for
several months while at Sun in order to evaluate it before Sun got a
site license.

You get it thru their community page:
        http://www.intellij.net/index.jsp
..using the Early Access Program (EAP)
