Hydrogen Service Providers?

I wonder what the economics would be of end-user hydrogen markets?
Delivery would be taken in small tamper-proof pressurized containers
with smart id tags and a bit of flash memory for the contract terms.

Maybe we could mesh-route them?  Every car would be router.

Recall our govner is an ex DOE head.

I will check to see if Honda is in on this at all.
