Greetings,
As you may have heard, nextPression is these days in the
business of building smart phone applications. We’ve come up with a
way to build an app in an hour using our AppForge platform … if we have
the data. We have thousands of users already on 3 dozen apps in the Android
Market; We’re launching on iPhone next week, on iPad this summer, and we’re
planning on adding BlackBerry as soon as Version 6 gets traction. We’ve
laid on crew to do nothing but build, and we’re aiming for 1,000 apps by
the end of summer. And we have a trained data crew in the Philippines that can
scrape and assemble data with alacrity.
What we lack are people who can put together data plans. It’s
one thing to say, for example, that a cool app would list all the cigars in the
world – we did that already - or all the wines in the world – in our
plans for this summer – or all the guitars in the world, or what classic
car parts can be used on which cars, or every tax rate in America … It’s
another figuring out how and where to get the data.
If someone:
1.
Identifies the data sources
2.
Shows how the data should lay out
3.
Does, say, 10 examples
Our crew is VERY good at turning those 10 into 40,000+
records.
Here’s the offer: 10% of the revenue.
Interested? Contact me for more information.
Feel free to pass this on to anyone you think would be a good
fit.
Thanks!
cjf
