Funny as hell about Gates; just his expression is priceless. Send to
anyone you think would get a charge out of it.

http://www.devilducky.com/media/28888/

If you have sound, check it out, it is a funny video with the guy who
coded CTRL-ALT-DEL, and then he takes a low blow at Bill Gates.

*PS: A number of people ask me about the attachment to my email, which
is of type "application/pgp-signature". Don't worry, it is not a
virus. It is an electronic signature, that may be used to verify this
email came from me if you have PGP or GPG installed. Otherwise, you
may safely ignore this attachment.

Thanks - sadly even though the video came out alright, no sound. WTF?
I'm used to people coming up with new video formats, but rarely does
the audio channel need improving.

Russell: Here's your problem .. the movie is encoded using AAC audio,
which may not be available on your system.  Its the MP4 standard, but
mainly used on Mac and iPod.  It produces amazingly faithful audio
but is alas, not as popular as mp3 and wav.  If you can get the AAC
(Adv Audio Codec) codec, I really recommend it.

I've made an avi w/ cinepak codec, which I think is cross platform.
The size difference is rather large, alas:

OK, being compulsive, I played with the video compression a bit and
built a smaller avi:

http://backspaces.net/files/ctlaltdelmcsm1.avi

Both avi's work fine in VLC.

email came from me if you have PGP or GPG installed. Otherwise, you
may safely ignore this attachment.
