Wow, Kim!  How far does this go?  Could they be plumping rigs around
Eldorado and South Santa Fe?  Under the parking lot at Walmarts?  Oil
rights are one thing, but MINERAL rights?  could they leave each house in
eldorado on a little pedestal in a vast gravel pit?  

Seriously, could you share with us details here concerning the extent of
the threat.
