FRIAM: The Comic Edition: April 2020

Any boyscouts on the list who can decipher the Morse Code on the second panel.  Funny.  I just assumed it was Arabic.

I started to decode it but it's a pain in the neck that it's embedded in an image.  If you transcribe it for me I'll decode it.

My Covid-19 antibody test was negative.  I'm not sure whether that's good or bad.

We just did a video on Morse code for 3rd-5th graders in the SFPS. The beginning of the message is

I found this via Google:

The Eloi live a banal life of ease on the surface of the Earth while the Morlocks live underground, tending machinery and providing food, clothing, and ..
The word Eloi is a synonym for Eli as far as I know.  The God of mercy.

Re: FRIAM: The Comic Edition: April 2020

Marcus G. Daniels

I had a different perspective on controversies related to first LANL transition after interacting with Doug here and some other occasions.  It was amazing he got away with the things he did – such a person would have been disappeared during my tenure.  (I narrowly escaped on a few occasions myself.)  Somewhere in there was a person that aspired to good things, but a miserable person was the one that was hard to miss.   He couldn’t seem to even find amusement in being a troll.

The Wikipedia article for Eloi, which I am positive the illustrator read 😉, doesn't paint a very good picture of the Eloi. Is he or she insinuating that friam subscribers are scared of the dark?
