Dropbox

I'm going to Italy for a month and would like to use the Dropbox storage system .. there's an iPad/iPhone app that makes it easy to use.  I'm leaving my laptop at home.

Is it a good service?  Any known problems/lock-ins?

Generally I'd just mount a remote volume but iPad/iPhone don't have a standard file system metaphor yet.

I think its fabulous! Been using for about 12 months.

Only issue I've found is that if you put a subversion repository in it you get contention issues...but that's my own fault for wanting to do something reckless.
