I don't really use any of them. I ocasionally use the voice to text
functionality of my Android phone, but only when I'm on WiFi, as I'd
prefer to type than consume my monthly data allowance sending voice
traffic, and also typing is more discrete in a social situation than
barking something into a phone.
My wife's got Siri - and apart from novelty stuff (like seeing how
Siri responds to "I love you"), only really uses it to ask what the
weather is going to be.
