Situation: Neighbor emailed me and fam say that basically there might be a water problem with the garage. His garage is atached to my house one of the walls is actually part of my kitchen. From what I can gather the circut breaker for a good part of the my house (fams caista) is in his garage. Problem: Yesterday he let me and fam know that there is some moister and what looks to be a potential roof leak. Anyone have some opinions on what Pros in town can help fix the issue/Issues? Who in town is good electrician that can help? -Figure out if the circut break can be moved -Then where to put it. Anyone have recomendations for a pro that can also help figure out if it's even a roofing issue? -Where on earth is the moister and water coming from? -Then how to make good solid fix Thanks in advance!
