Adobe acquires Macromedia

Wow, Adobe sucks up Macromedia for 3.4 Billion. I didn't see that coming...

Adobe acquires Macromedia

I suspect that's the end of anything good from Macromedia, alas.

Maybe we can get Adobe to open source Flash?  Adobe only cares about  
Dream Weaver and getting back into the web publishing business, I  
think.
