probably lots of dynamic imbalance in behaviors that accelerate and
decelerate.    Maybe there are several kinds of things one could call
'information'.  Both a system and its environment contain kinds of
images of each other, for example.   Taking 'information' as 'whatever
the heck informs the system' I find it's clearly stored in the loops,
but in most systems the loops are inconveniently broken much or most of
the time...   My main criterion is that theory should refer to the
reality, since the reality is really too complicated to accurately
describe.

Perhaps most natural loop systems are slightly asymmetrical creating new
information and change.
